Help I Cant Open Ryzom!!!

when i click on the icon it says "Cant create a window dispaly (1024x768 32 bits)." So i go to dispaly and change it to that setting and stuff but it still doesnt work so i look on the thing that is supose to help with that on the forum but i dont have any idea wat they are talking about. can someone plz help me?

Well, first off, it might be helpful, in the future, to put these kinds of posts in the Technical area...but no matter.
Gonna need some info from you.
What kind of video card are you using?
What is the resolution set to for your monitor?
