(No Yubos were harmed in the planning of this event)
Homins I bring you a message from Tegh Kirran...
Come one, come all to the Ruins of Silan Yubo Drag Racing contest!
I, Tegh Kirran and my gang of friends invite you all to a contest that will test your wits against the other challengers.
Sign ups begin today for the event taking place on Saturday the 18th of November at 8:00pm GMT/3:00pm EST on Arispotle and 1:00am GMT/8:00pm EST on Cho. Players will meet at end of Arena area near the Ring Terminal for the event.
Add your name to the challengers here on this thread.
And now for the curious among you, here are the rules for the game;
"First Play Off Section of the Game".
1. Players cannot attack each other.
2. Players cannot use magic or stanzas to interact with yubo.
3. Players cannot attack opposing players yubo.
4. No outside interaction is allowed.
5. The contestants must get a yubo to look at them and follow them as they walk. You can try running but that will take practice, lead them from the yubo staging area to the very end of the arena.
May I suggest you practice this before the event, believe me, it will help a lot.
6. The winner of the round is the player who successfully gets the yubo, that is following them, all the way past one of my gang at the end of the arena.
7. The winner moves on and awaits the next round.
Betting between contestants is encouraged but me and my gang is not responsible for the payoffs, hehe.
After there are only two players left we will move on to the final phase of the contest.
The Battle Royale
This is where practice and tactics will make the difference.
1. Players cannot attack each other.
2. Players can use taunt and fear on yubos only.
3. Players are unable to attack the opposing playerÂ’s yubo (unless they use fear or taunt).
4. Players have 5 mins to get as many yubos from the staging area to the end of the arena.
5. The player that was able to get the most yubos wins.
There will be a prize of a ql 40 pike awarded to the winner and their name boldly posted on this forum thread!
