New Matis looking for guild!

Hello all! As the title of my post plainly suggests, I am new, a Matis, and I am looking for a guild!
Now, I've seen a few other posts of this sort, and all of them have the same replys from the same posters, which very politely tell the original poster to stop cluttering up the forum and go look on the guild list. I must say that, while that list is somewhat useful, it has its limits; primarily, that it does not speak about the guild in question, nor does it tend to link to useful sites to find information. Most of the links are to the guild in question's mainpage, which is often news, but not often detailed descriptions of the guild. Many guilds have a set of rules, a code of conduct, or some such basis, but I've seen very few that clearly state "This is who we are, what we do."
So, I'm posting here in hopes of actually finding out about guilds, or, even better, having a guild identify me as a potential applicant. So, without further ado: me.
PvE:
I'm of the opinion that PvE is enjoyable. ALL of PvE. I'm not interested in being powerleveled up to 250; I'd like to savour my time advancing through the levels, and feel accomplished when I finally reach the end-game. That said, the difference between powerleveling and grouping in order to level is the difference between black and white. A guild that has several people in the lower levels as potential groupmates would be grand.
I'm currently at 40 offensive magic as my main stat; 30 melee fight, 23 ranged fight, and 24 defensive magic. The 24 defensive magic is my biggest problem right now: without a tank of some sort to heal, my only means of leveling it is Fearing the mobs, which a) is often resisted and b) still only grants 1/3 or less of the experience. Obviously, finding a non-powerleveling method of improving this would be a great benefit.
PvP:
The only word I need to say is: Please. As far as I'm concerned, PvE is great for leveling, but it tends to stagnate, especially by the endgame; there is little more exciting than fighting another person, rather than a predictable computer AI. Dueling isn't for me, however; I'm interested in group PvP, and therefore I'm interested in Outposts. A guild aspiring to take an Outpost, or that has an Outpost and needs to defend it, would be ideal, at least once I've leveled enough to be of any use in combat
Roleplaying:
I do not consider myself a die-hard roleplayer. That said, I am more than capable of staying in-character; I would not thrive in a pure roleplaying environment, but a semi- or low- roleplaying guild would be great. So long as I don't hear about your TV being fried or your frozen dinner being nuked in the microwave, I'm happy.
Harvesting/Crafting:
I currently harvest/craft only to support my combat. I do have training in melee weapons, ammo, armour, and jewelry; however, the only melee plans I have are Magic Amps; my armour is all light, and only pants and boots; I only have rings and earrings in Jewelry; I can only make pistol ammo. Getting my crafting skill up would be a priority, especially if it would be useful.
As for harvesting, I have tracking, prospecting, and extracting, and not a lot else. Except for careplanning, at least, so I could help careplan sources...
Summary:
If any of the stuff above has lept out at you - and it probably hasn't, as the above description barely touches on my uniqueness ;P - then I can be reached as Salentia, and I'm online at random times between 4 and 11, Monday-Friday, PST (pretty much dawn till dusk weekends). And yes, I am female
