What are they? If it's what I think it is then it's something that I'm looking forward to. Does it involve a PvP setting about capturing a particular base? If so, what benefits do we get if we own a base?
IF you can point me to a website that describes this, that'd be great.

Note:
In "Battle Rules Explained", point 8 is incorrect - the PvP is
only in effect in the area surrounding the outpost - furthermore, when
anyone, regardless of their guild, enters the area they are given the choice to Attack, Defend, or Stay neutral (one of the options will be unavailable if they're in the attacking/defending guild - you can't attack your own op or defend the one you declared on). If they choose Attack or Defend, they remain in OP-PvP mode for 10mins after they leave the area at which point they revert to neutral (PvP-off)
In "Outline of OP rewards" , the "New Raw Materials" can only be used with specific outpost crafting plans; they're not regular mats.

During that ten mins cool-off, after leaving the Outpost area, you are still tagged and can fight an opponent 'anywhere'.
While OP tagged you do not get DP, even from mobs.

Provided the opponent has tagged as an opponent at the same OP.

If they weren't at the OP the tagged person was from they wouldn't be an opponent.
