New connection problem

Earlier I lost connection with the server on each of my computers, about 45 minutes apart. On trying to reconnect the load screen stops at
"Getting File:ryzom_00605.ldx" and stays there without doing anything. I thought the server may be down but it has been 8 hours and the main screen still shows all servers open. I have been playing 2 months without seeing this problem.
