Looking for Piece of Matis Exterminator

Does anyone have a spare Matis Exterminator piece, and if so, how much of what could I buy it for?
Note: I've helped to kill the Matis Exterminator twice, but opted for the other three pieces first, then the boss spawns ended. xD
