Subscription error

Hello everyone, I'm new to the game.
So, I've been leveling up my 'mage' so it'd have 20 magic and it does now. SO, I upgraded. I noticed it hadn't worked so I hit the signup button on the account page, not knowing if that was what i hit the first time. Now I'm stuck with:
Transaction Id Date Description Event Id Price P. Status
226706 November 4 2006 Reactivation 382301 USD 14.95 bbt AUTHORISED
226716 November 4 2006 Online purchase of Ryzom 382341 USD 14.95 bbt AUTHORISED

However, when I log into the game it still has me on a trial account. How long does this normally take with a credit card and was I charged twice where I wasn't supposed to be? If so how do I get this fixed.

It's not the 4th here yet, so maybe your not letting things happen...

Check in Klients for live chat support, you might also want to shoot and email to the billing_ee email address listed on the website.

Thank you for the update. At the moment it's still not a full account though... :( . I'm hoping the billing system can work out the double charge AND the full account as soon as possible. So addictive :P .

I found what the problem was, I bought it for an account I didn't know I made a few months ago. I emailed billing and told them to get rid of one of the payment if it double charged.
