Same problem ydnardo had :(

The problem being, I have the free trial. I went to activate a paying account, but when I browsed the pay-by-cash options, and clicked back to try the credit card, it said: "Purchasing options deactivated, since you already have a PayByCash transaction pending."

I'm putting the post here perhaps to bring your attention to it...

This is being dealt with in the Billing email system.
