Ryzom

i was wandering about the population and the ppl gameplay active on Arispotle and Cho
I'm with some friend of mine.. we came from wow (a Yami now will die for that ) looking for a nice game/community like Ryzom
so, should we start on Cho as a new fresh server or get a big community on Arispotle?

We don't know the actual state of community so any reply is welcome

Welcome first of all

You will find arispotle is slightly more populated then Cho, Main reason being is Cho is only a baby and arispotle is the daddy as such.

the choice on which server you choose to play on is totally down to you, Depending on how you like to play also will play some sort of impact on which server you decide to join, Arispotle has been there for as long as i can remember, serveral high lvl players on there that can sppon feed you if thats why you like, But, in that there are IMO not very many teams for the lower lvl players. Where as Cho, is not like WoW ok we got inter shard trading but Cho is not involved with that so no "twink" system there,everything is new, no one started with dappers, no one had high lvls, and most of us on there are just relaxing and enjoying the fact we can find a team without any problem what so ever. so you wont be standig around waiting for a team,while the 250's just stand there and watch


(btw, proly dont make much sence.. ive not had my ryzom fix yet)

I would jsut like to quickly point out that you won't necessarily get "spoon fed" if you choose Arispotle as your server.

My suggestion would be to make a character on each server and see which one you like the most.

As mentioned CHO is new and still in the debugging stage somewhat. Its population is growing but no where near Arispotle. Good points, most players near your own lvls for now. Bad side have to wait for really good crafted items while they grind up for the highend stuff. But, I agree with Kostika, make one for each server and see.

when did Cho come out as a server? i.e how new is it?

Umm...2-3 weeks? Can't remember exactly, but it is very new!
