Hello, I just install the game, and when i start it the game is in window mode. I have changed it to Full with 1024x768 but its still in window mode, and it lagg like hell, so I cant play it

Does anyone know who to get the game in to full window or make the lagg go away in window mode?

What are your system specs?

If you have anything less than 1 GB of system RAM you will find things a bit laggy no matter how good your video card.
