Creatures As Mission Givers?

Ok, being rather experienced with mmo games, I thought it'd make a nice change if I made a scenario for the ring, where you get missions from say, a yubo, to go kill some mean gingos, or something.

Most mmo games with quests or missions, all NPCs are humanoid in some way, with very rarely having NPCs as creatures that hand out quests to players.

Needless to say, this is rather repetitive and somewhat boring =P

So, I'd like to build a scenario where you have all the usual things in it, except for the fact that creatures hand out the missions, and the 'mobs' are people, with the odd creature thrown in fo rgood measure =P

In the editor though, I can't see how to make a creature hand out missions. Can this even be done?

Eagerly awaiting a hopeful "Yes, you do this.." reply from someone ^_^

Edit Info: Ok, looks like only NPC people can do missions.. how boring =P

You can only make humanoid npc's give missions. However there are creative ways around this. In my scenario for example when I want an animal to speak, I have a npc spawn and talk for them. :)
