need help!!

Hello! after i create character and press play game start to load normally but after loading bar almost full game crash sometimes without any error message and sometimes it writes this -

Prior to logging in, press the "Check Data" button at the lower part of the login screen. That will check all your relevant game files and repatch single ones if necessary.
It looks like one of your files is broken (dbghelp.dll), there might be more.
If that unexpectedly doesn't help, turn off your AV for a test login.

problem solved =) it was because i had not enough virtual memory =) bigger cache and everything works =) thanks =)
