Ryzom

It started in game when all the sudden, all my stats were gone and I couldn't move or do anything (but environement still working normally). I could only quit.
After reboot, I couldn't get passed the first loading screen : it froze at "connecting" and I could only click "quit".
So I followed the instruction on one of the stickies : renaming SAVE SAVE.OLD... Didn't work so I renamed UNPACK UNPACK.OLD and launched ryzom_recover.exe.
Now when I try to log it says "Error : error 10 : 'no mainland shard available' while trying to join a shard" !
What's going on ?

The servers are down.

Oh ! So it has nothing to do with my problem ? Well it was a fooling coincidence then...
