Hello All,
It has been ages since I last played Ryzom, and I am curious as to whethere there is a US server or if it is considered an "International" server. I am from the Eastern US and I would eventually be interested in joining a guild, but I am worried that going to a server that isnt US specific wouldn't do me well schedule-wise.
Thanks ahead of time for any information you can give me,
Pinner

Both english speaking servers are international... Aristople has been around since release and Cho is new. Depending on the type of community you prefer you find US, Euro and other english speakers on both.

Welcome back Pinner
Maybe you even would consider reactivating your old character

there was an US shard once but it got closed so lots of homins, travelled to Arispotle.
Dunno about Cho at all (and i dont want to) but on Aris, there lot of guilds, some are timezone mixed, some are more focused on one, like mine - most of the members are from us.
You should try out the guilds forum for the shard you want to play on, or have played on

Thank you all for your answers. Actually, I've considered reactivating my old character. I never made it to the mainland so I'm hoping to do so this time around.

For your guild remark, you might check out the Dragonblades, Red Ribbon Army or Samsara I think. (doh, forgot Trixys Sirens!)
Evo does a bit of RP now and then, but is not a high-RP guild. The Red Ribbons have their roots in Tryker btw.
edit: yay for pink hair!
