Do I install Retail over Trial..

tried the Trial, loved it so bought the full retail box,now do I need to reinstall over the Retail over the Trial?

the trial is the full install o.o all you need to do is start paying then you can port to the mainland.
The box does/did give a months free play, not sure how that fits in with anything these days, best bet for quick answer is to ask on klients or email billing

Maybe you could use the box key to get a month free?
Don't install it over the downloaded game, will be over 1.3 GB to download again
