Well I'm new to the game, been playing for a few days. I originally started playing a week or so ago, yet deleted that character and refocused on something a little less spread out to start. I'm presently a melee combat skill level 26 with slower progressing at magic.

What I'm looking for in a guild:
1. A group of friends to help me familierize myself with this game.
2. Someone to assist with information, and hints to make the game
more enjoyable and fun.
3. A group of friends to hunt with and explore with.

The rest beyond that is totally time based, I can say, I will endevour to offer whatever services I can as I grow.

What I"m NOT looking for in a guild
1. Young kids who do not believe in rules or such.
2. Pvp people who believe in cheap tactics.
3. People who believe its only a rule if ya dont get caught.
4. People who dont realize this is a game.

There are a LOT guilds that would fit your description. In matis there would be 5 or 6 that would be worth to check out for sure. And then there are a lot of other nice guilds in the other lands as well.

What you might want to think about is how much devoted to the Karavan you want the guild to be. There are guilds that are more religuous then Jena herself, and guilds that only follow the karavan in name.

Last thing, you might want to say what times you play. As it is an international shard, we have players from Russia to Europe to the United States, and it can be hard to play if everybody else is asleep...

edit: forgot to say, take your time to get to know the guilds that are around, don't take the first guild that offers you weapons or armors.

You didn't mention your race and/or faction preferences... thats a good part of the gameplay and should be taken into consideration. Getting help should always be easy, otherwise seek out the folks you see playing around you or those that are playing the game following the plan you have.

Associated can mean quite much, there are degrees of association. If everything was black and white further inquisition might not be needed

If you could add if you are US or EU player it might be easier to recomend one of Karavan guilds.

Young Matis, Devout Worshipper of the Karavan. (Mainly because I am not a nice guy by nature and they seem the most powerful to his limited scope of knowledge)(A bit of rp on his part) He considers himself devout, because it will be the only way he see's of getting any of the overly powerful gadgets they possess. (Personally I'm a overly nice guy in real life, he's my alter ego IC'ly)

I live is Wisconsin, play mostly evenings, and some weekends. Chain is presently on the newbie island, and presently 30+ in Melee and 30+ in Magic, working on some prospecting now. He "hopes" to wait till he's at least 50 in melee and magic before he goes to the mainland. Yet I've been eager to explore other aspects of the game so time will tell.

another recruit for the evil empire

melinoe, order of the nameles, cara via, TheNewEmpire and Pegasus foundation would all suit your needs. Whether they are recruiting I dont know
