Some fresh news: the meeting that takes place after each observation period was held today. It is a formal event where we evaluate the situation of the company. At the meeting we presented our continuation plan that will allow us to definitively get out of the "redressement judiciaire" (French equivalent to the Chapter 11). Faithful, our shareholders have decided to continue the adventure with us.

So does this mean "more time to convince them" or "we're out of trouble now"?

Good news, congratulations.

Now, may I ask what are the implications of this (other than the we're not into "liquidation judiciaire" so no need to shutdown servers? I appreciate the courtesy of having us customers informed about the health of the company) but:

- What aspects of the Ryzom game/service will change?

- What are the consequences at short and mid / long term of this piece of news? I guess the X M€ debt remains and this is going to last a bit.

- In what this is going to affect the day-to-day gaming both from the players side and from the developers side?

- Is then Nevrax allowed to change its business model, grow, get employees, etc? Can we expect an improved development model or are things basically going to stay "as is"?

- Will we witness any change with regard to some of the things that have been mentioned in the past?

In summary... "aaaand?" . Without the axe over your neck, I guess it could be possible to have a better view of current plans, short, mid, long term, updated roadmap, restart communicating in terms of Q&A, forum watch, etc..

or are things basically going to remain "as they are", since "all is good in the best of the worlds"?

They phrased it a bit sneakily, but the OP taken as is would mean they've had another extension after showing their plans for the future (plans they believe will take them out bankrupcy)

Agreed, some regular communication streams between Nevrax and the community would be great. I remember them doing the Q&As on a regular base... Why not do something like that again? Especially now that the Ring is out, it would be great to know what they have planned for the future.
