my guild is i think 2 days old an no1 has offered joining. there r 2 members :me and herne.I am very disapointed that no1 has wanted to join.not a singl person. . we are looking for godd fighters and magitians.like lvl 30 and above.a guild cost 100,000 dappers as all u have made or tied to make guilds know.remember, we will take just about any1.

maybe the lack of interest could be down to your somewhat ambiguous recruitment post. Saying you will take anyone is hardly the most encouraging sign that you’ll end up with a guild that is going to work, even in the short term. It would certainly make me run a mile if i was new and looking..

Having some guild training in the Ring is a very good idea, one that a lot of established guilds are working on I’m sure, but generally people looking to join a guild want some idea of what your goals and ambitions are, assurance that they are joining a group of like minded individuals. Saying ‘plz join’ really doesn’t convey much.

I suppose there is an audience for guilds that don’t care about any of this, I see the odd person spamming LFG in region. Maybe you should look in game rather than on the forums in that case, it will probably be more fruitful.

He tried ingame I think Rushin, hehe. But went about it like he expected all the young ones to flock to him.
And sorry mate, mabe you ought to get to know this community and it's players a bit better? Iknow you told me you had been here for two months...

Try staying in one thread Crypto. That might make people a little less irritated. Because seeing several threads about the same topic has a tendency of getting a bit irritating to people


Also remember one thing: A guildleader is a leader. And a leader doesnt get followed because he is shouting im the leader listen to me.
People follow a leader because they want too. Because they trust in him, and KNOWS that he trusts in them. A leader doesnt separate himself from others. He is probably the MOST including person there is. Thats why people follow him. He knows what is doing, is skilled and makes people feel good about themself. He focus on his TEAM. About how THEY feel, not about what the rest of the world thinks of his team or himself.
What matters is that those he leads stay safe, comfortable and knows that he is providing the best he can.

Take a look in the mirror and see if you have those skills.
If you dont, then i suggest you join a different guild instead of leading one.

I wont go into the leadership issue as there are many different styles of leadership, maybe this guy just wants like minded (if that exists) people to play with.
