Has anyone tried this? Build a town, by adding bldgs every time a task has been completed? Like the building games: make a town center, then you can add another bldg, etc.

Also, can an existing structure be destroyed as part of the scenario?

You can't do this at the moment.
You can, somewhat, work around it by changing acts and spawning buildings etc from one act to the next.

Are you sure about that? From what I've seen all static objects are considered permanents, so that they're there in every act.
R2 manual wrote:
Objects can only be placed in Permanent Content; even though you place an Object while in a specific Act, the Object is added to your Scenario's Permanent Content, and can appear anytime your Scenario is using that location.

I'll test it again later.
