Well hello all...long time no see in the world of Atys

I used to play since the open beta and then when it came out for over a year, and had great hopes for it from the beginning, but unfortunately my lust for the game petered out when it became pretty much just a continuous grind.

Looking at logs it seems that they have added some things...and the community is still holding strong fortunately. And with Ryzom Ring coming out soon i think i'll give it another try. Hopefully my Fyrosian is still intact and well

So whats new and changed since beg of '05...I left just before the OPs came out basically. And i found myself missing the hecticness of trying to run through the underground areas w/o dying

Oh, and im LFG thats willing to take me in and get me reaquainted...my stats aren't too high atm but i can get it back up there with good healing (mostly jack-of-all-trades with a max of around 130 in healing, and 100s in jewel crafting)

a few things have changed indeed in that time you were away.

Outposts: lots of complaining on forums about pvp but most ppl happy to use the benifits of them

a few minor tweaks in game play.

Aen got harder

Fame changed where you could tp

Pr digging got easier. (kitin patrols removed)

all the noob lands were combined into ruins of silan which offers an new and improved introduction into the gameplay.

R2 is here! basically an MMO instance edditor

you`l be happy to hear jewel crafting got major revamp also, now you are more important spell resistance and race resistance play a big part in jewel crafting now, they are not just something to load up with a hp boost, its more complex now. Also dunno if you left before it was introduced, but all vendors now sell player crafted items, they have been improved so that you can set your markup percentage on reselling and a few other things, generally much more efficient. wb

oh and also most stuff has level requirements now. so no more lvl 1 players running around in ql 250 gear
