I can't run the file. every time i run it it says "This installation cannot be run by directly launching the MSI package. You must run setup.exe." Well when i go to Start and click run and type in setup.exe it says i need to install something. Anyways to fix this or is there something i'm doing wrong?

You may want to check the knowledgebase on the Installshield site. It sounds like something is missing from your OS that is preventing the install process from starting. Or do a google search to find the error.

You could also head over to Microsoft Knowledgebase to see if you can find the solution there.
