hello I am asking this for a friend who is trying to ge an account in Rysom.
When she get tot the part of the application that wants the 5 digit code, and types it in - she gets "invalad image code" message.
Anyone know what to do about this please.

These image code mechanisms are to hinder programs, to flood the registration system with unvalid registrations. I just tried it, and saw that there is a 6 digit number code. You have to enter the leading zero for the check to work. And you have to provide correct data for all other data fields.

I double checked with her and it is a 6 digit code, and she is putting it in correctly.
It is puzzling as to why it is not going it correctly.
Will have her check to see if there are any other messages asking for correct info.

Did she entered all other data too? Like name, surname, address, birthday, etc?

Thank you very much for your response! Your customer support gets a 10 from me. For my computer illiterate brethren, I have found a simple solution to getting past the image code problem.
1. Bake cookies and arrange in a cute basket.
2. Go to your nice neighbor's house and smile sweetly, say "May I please borrow your computer for 5 minutes??". Bat your eyelashes if you think it will help!
3. Log in and finish registering for your account.
4. Go home and comb over the bald patches of pulled out hair from the last 5 days.
5. Log in and read and patch!

Seriously, try another computer if you have no idea how to do your security settings.
