Hello all!! Not sure if this is the right place to ask about this, but I figure if it is not, the veterans will guide me to the correct one.

It is not a big issue, but I am unable to update my profile on the forums. For some reason, the site seems to think I am 13 years old or under. I know that when I signed up I gave my birthdate information, so I am not sure why it thinks I am so young. (I actually just turned 40 a few days ago)

I have gone through the link several times to report the malfunction, but as of yet it has not been remedied. Does anyone know just how I can go about getting it repaired? Thanks in advance for any and all answers.

You're not the only one having this trouble, there's a thread in the Account Support section about it, but no sign of any satisfaction, I'm afraid

I'd suggest you try asking in Klients, probably need to email ee-support with your details.

Admittedly I haven't tried because I have never set mine. Does that page not work?

Happy birthday for a few days ago.

I simply added my own email address as the parent/guardian's email, since i am 31 years old I am my own guardian.

I get an email informing my guardian (me) that I changed my profile when I do update it, but it solved the problem of the forums reading my age backwards.

Yup that's what I do also after Rothimar's excellent suggestion, I'm 28 here...lol.
