Contaminated Goo Meat?? (noob island)

Hi, I found some contaminated goo meat on mobs - info says it's a quest item, but i can't see which - especially since i thought i had done all quests on the island.
Did i miss a quest?

yeah theres missions for caprini meat i think,
have you been to all 4 skill quest givers (craft forrage magic melee) +cheng the strong + karavan/kami dude ?

I finished Chiang/Kami/Fighter and Mage quests.....might be needed for a crafting or Foraging quest then...
..Bah...anyway i plan on finishing them all before leaving the island.....

it is needed for a karavan mission that you can get at small karavan representation in the north of island.

If you think about the Frippo goo contaminated meat, that might be a problem with the drop rates for thi kind of mob. As far as I know, you don't need it for any mission, and you will find 3 goo concaminated meat, everytime you quarter a goo frippo. Just drop the mats to make room in your bag, for more useful mats
