Hi, I'm new to the game and was wondering what a good way to find a guild is?

Determine for yourself what a guild you'd feel comfortable with would be like.
When do they play? (GMT +5, PST, BST, ...)
How do they play? (RP level, PvP level, socializers, grinders, explorers .... )
Is there ingame stances you'd prefer? (If you are really fond of playing a heretic Karavaneer Zorai because the story and imagery draws you in you'll narrow down your choices)
Then take a look at the list of guilds, note down what guilds spark your interest. Get to talk to various people ingame, inquire, ask questions. It might be worth to get to know a guild's reputation as well.
Compare the answers you got to the questions you asked yourself.
