ninja bid rule of the 15mn is "on"

Lets start it at 1000 mats (q250)
minimum step at 200 mats

some boss mats can be used for the bid (kirokya shaft, madakoo counterweight or grip, orca teeth (humm not, finaly not) yelkoo mushrooms etc...) as 1 boss mats for 100 bid mats.
