There once was a guild called kings of oblivion (5th session).

They were a strong Kami guild. built up with high level Kami players who desired to stick it to the Karavan.

Over time KoO opened its doors to newer players and woul try their best to help them out. The guild began to grow and, although it had its fair share of rough moments the guild pulled through. The guild hall was brimming with supreme Q270 mats and life was very very very fine. That is, untill recently.

This week the leader decided to leave game and left charge to a high officer.

This high officer is now the leader of KoO and has to deal with the fact that there are roumers about a few of its members shutting up shop with KoO and starting afresh (as is with several high level players. they want a fresh challenge)

So without warning this, now Leader of KoO decided one night that he wasnt going to deal with things anymore and decided that he would kick EVERY SINGLE MEMBER out of the guild. the old players, the medium players and the very new players, Leaving just himself to rule the roost.

KoO is no longer, Thanks to the immautrity of a single person who doesnt think things theough.

Many people had a stake in what KoO had accumplished. They had rights to certian things that KoO owned. But now, it appears. It is all lost.

Itsmagic, when u read this you may want to consider at least talking to the newplayers who had absolutely no idea what was going on, and have now lost out. I hope that there is a way to rectify this. Maybe when u are sober.

Yup, not the best way of demonstrating our wonderful community to our new players.

Bringing things to the public forum are never the right way of dealing with them.
It only ever gives the people involved a bad image :(

I'm sorry Kye, it was "public" prior to me posting (I.E had several tells asking for a clear explaination as to what happened)

As to givening the poeople involved a bad imagine. I belive what happened in itself pretty much gives enough of a bad image.

Also this post will allow the members of KoO who have no idea what is happening a chance to read it. As i know there are probably 10 or more now ex members who are thinking "WTHell?!"

I hope those of you that were not a party to this are able to pull it back together and begin anew. It's harsh that a GH is not owned by a GL, but he has the ability to take it away from everyone in a fit if he chooses. Make a new guild and begin your new legacy, it's good folks that make a good guild... not one person.

Itsmagic was seen last night without a guild tag. Unless one other member of Kings of Oblivion still remains, that guild hall may no longer exist at all. Also, if he didn't promote another character (an alt or another player's avatar) to Guild leader or High officer before quitting the guild himself, the guild hall will still be there but inaccessible, and Itsmagic will no longer have the ability to set this situation right.

In such a case, I wonder if customer service (gms) could help sort it out?

if it can be proven that the guild hall has become inaccessible the gms will promote someone into being able to access it, im sure that happened sometime in the past(not sure when, to many things to remember)
