Controls have never sucked for me. (was in beta as well)

Not that hard to learn, but it takes a little bit of thinking and getting used to... Kinda like every single mmorpg in the world.

When in game, you can hit K to remap the keys.

Yeh what the above poster says to do is good. Can remap the keys to whatever you want. I have done this. WASD movement etc. Works a treat.
