Where is the Chloro Goo camp by the lake? Is it the camp on the North east Corner of the lake?

And more importantly, where are the goo spots that I dump the potions in?

The camp you are looking for is the one to the NW of the lake. The Goo piles are near that encampment. 3 are on the southern side of the area, and one is around to the northern side. You should be able to avoid all Chlorogoo looters while finding the selectable piles to "Give 1 item" to.

Be careful of torbaks on that western stretch along the lake (south of the camp, obviously).

An easier way is to go almost directly NW from the Karavan respawn point, and cross the lake and the island to get there. By easier, I mean safer.

You know, I didn't even know that camp was over there until I stumbled into it one night, not too long ago.

Yeah, it's definately a place you can miss. Finished the quest, so I am good now.
