game install error

when i try to use setup or ryzom.msi it sais 1607: unable to install install shield scripting runtime or the windows installer service could not be acessed this can occur if you are running windows in safe mode or if windows installer is not correctly installed please conact youre support for personal assistance

Did you try to install the game without administrator rights? As far as I know, does the .msi Installer to run it as administrator.
