What do I do for the quest Rebuilding The Future #1? I accidently clicked skip and now I have no idea what to do! HELP! It says to make "5 boots and 5 trousers of at least quality 10 using your new option" WHAT NEW OPTION? HELP!

HP Boost, I think.

I think you were just told to learn the light pants plan, not the HP boost yet. Learn that plan and make the pieces asked for, make sure that you do get 5 of each at q10, degrades do not count, then sell them to the light armour merchant.
