Has anyone ever seen a set of amps with 100/100 ele AND 100/100 heal, made without OP tool boosts?

According to my knowledge and research such amps can be crafted only up q170 beacuse of unique stats of one of bosses mats. There is possible to craft 100/100 heal+95/96 ele up q250 (so also Ops version).
Of course there is always slightly chance that one day newborn Atysian crafter will discover a perfect mix of shaft/grip that boosts statsabove nowadays known cap

the best ive seen non boosted is 95 on all, 96/100 ele 100/100 heal and some i cant remember and im to lazy to check app

nookie u are probley right will have 2 sort some stuff out 2 see if i can make 100/100 nuke/heal amp
probley poss since u can get 100/100 affy amps

100/100 elem 100/100 heal isnt possible at q250, up to q170 tho
96/100 elem 100/100 heal is possible and 97 on all but 96 on healpower is possible.

Think the devs missed a boss for us to create the ultimate amp

Or made it so that you have to make a choice.
