List of mats?

Is there somewhere I can find a list of all mats available, their quality, and what they are used in for crafting? I ask this because I'm crafting items of a certain quality and I keep running out of a certain type of mat (mektoub skin for weapon grips) and am curious if I can find other mats that can be used in place of mektoub skin.
