Atys film makers multi-shard conference

Hey all *hugs*
I have spoken to Acrediel from Leanon about this idea, and he agrees that it would be a fun thing to do.
The plan is, on Saturday the 22nd July at 9pm BST (10pm CEST, 4pm EDT, 1pm PDT, 8pm GMT) that everyone interested gathers on the Arispotle Zora stage for a little conference.
The aim of this meeting is to discuss various topics about Atysian film making, and to meet others interested in doing the same things. The meeting is open to EVERYONE interested in attending, from all shards. With the new shard structures, those who play on Leanon and Aniro (German and French Shards) are free to make a new zorai character on Arispotle, talk to chiang about leaving for the mainland, and join us on the stage.
We shall try and team or guild those from the German/French shards, in case they need help with translating, or understanding everyone. The conference will take place in English, although if possible I will try to see if we can get some people willing to translate in these teams/guild chats.
As I said before, the main purpose will be to meet other film makers and exchange ideas and is as far as I'm aware, the first cross-server event since the new system came into place (feel happy to tell me I'm wrong about this), so that’s another good thing
The topics we plan to discuss currently (feel free to add to this list):
- What do you use to make your videos
- Good resources for free music
- Exchanging ideas about what sorts of videos we can make
- How can we support each other in making videos
- How can we host/promote our videos, so more people from and new to Atys can see them
- Should we agree on a central site for Atysian videos (say Acrediel's site and/or others).
I hope you can all attend, as I said at the start this is open to everyone, be them old or new to making videos, or just curious about it I hope you can all attend, 9pm BST on the Zora Stage, Arispotle.
PS: I believe Acrediel will post this on the German boards, but if anyone is able to translate and post on the French boards, I would appreciate it
Hope to see you there, Kibs
