Anyone else seeing this

Erroe;'welcome refused entry in shard with
error: 'the shard is closed." while trying to use the shard

tried to use Klients and upon login it says

only registered users allowed to login at the moment

What gives?

the servers are down.. they should be back any moment

Yeah thought thats what it was was, just didn't see any info on it so wasn't sure if it was client or server side.
