Can anyone that got the pre-order of this game from Amazon please tell me how/where they got the special pre-order code that enables the highly desirable in game item?

the pre-order code only came with orders that were sent before a few days before (maybe midnight) the release of the game

u cannot get them anywhere now (unless u get one from a player)

I ordered from Amazon.de 1 week before release and got a game with pre-order code
