And boy are my legs tired! Hello everyone, I figured I'd just pop in and say hello, considering I'm in the midst of downloading the down-right epic sized client. I played this game back in beta days, but I figured I'd give the old girl another shot. I always enjoyed the sci-fi/ fantasy aspect of the game, along with the more free-form nature of it. But, of course, like a lot of you, I'm sure, I'm personally more interested in the possibilities of roleplaying. So, as my obligatory Q & A, I'm temped to ask.. how is roleplaying around here? I'm a bit of a COH vet, where sadly things have stagnated for me, RP-wise.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Ryzom community, and I really enjoy the style, so please, do indulge my query. I'm dyin' to hear back from you all!

Roleplay is pretty good in Ryzom. A lot of players do some kind of roleplay, even some who dont even know they do. Still ofcourse not everybody does, but there are quite some nice (semi) rp guilds around, and there are also quite some nice events where there is roleplay involved.

Tbh it is one of the things that keeps me coming back everytime so far.

RP is really good in this game if you want it. Loads of people RP at least sometimes, and it's just a really good feel amongst the community here.

Personally, I quite like to find a new island in Aeden Aqueous, bring a friend, and just sit and chatter. But that's me

I don't think you'll be disappointed with the RP possibilities in this game.

Oh.. wow. Thanks! I really appreciate the response.. honestly, that WAS awfully quick, and pleasant! I'll take a peak around a bit more, get a hold on things, but Roleplaying is a major draw for me, so as long as the gettings good in that department, I should definately be a happy clown. Okay, bad allusion, but whatever. I think you catch my drift!
