Goodday,
My wife and I started playing on the 7 Day trial last week.
(Meecan and Kaless)
We are Long time Gamers started with the original Everquest while it was in beta and played for about 6 yrs,Then moved on to Lineage 2 and then Horizons. Then we got into WOW Beta and played up untill Recently(we got Borred of making Characters and leveling them all to 60. 8) )
So Here we are Starting out in Ryzom, Which Seems Pretty Cool so far! But we are Having abit of a time trying to understand the Combining of skills and or attacks. Specifically when you right click on a hot button and the tree comes up with different things to add.
Would anyone be able to explain this to us or point us to where we can read up on it? (Forgive us we are OLD 8) )
I know it must be easy to understand But I am missing something somewhere.
Anyhow thank you for any help and sorry to babble so much.

Grandma made a number of excellent tutorial videos which Acridiel now hosts here. Scroll down a bit and you'll find "Action Building". It's a .rar archive so you may need to install some decompression software like WinAce to get to the movie inside. It only explains the most basic principles of action building, however, doesn't go into detail about each of the available options. I don't think there is any detailed guide to all of the stanzas, probably because the action building engine ingame is so well done; you can play with all of the options available to you and it won't allow you to make something you can't use. I'd suggest you work through it with someone ingame, unfortunately I'll not be on Atys now until next Sunday, but there are dozens of others who'd be only too happy to advise
