Everyone on right now should get a free month. This is like Beta testing. The lag is a serious game limiting problem.

Unfortunetly, if not, I fear in a month or so when WoW and EQ2 come out, a lot of people will leave.

Just my opinion.

I'm going to cry if I keep reading these boards while waiting:/ Just cancel your account if you don't like the fact that things like this can and will happen in MMORPGs...

Hehe I say that because I know 99% of the posts happening right now are nothing but whining, and no one's actually going to cancel their account (which they SHOULD, in all honesty, if it's *really* not worth it to them).

I dont think you have any idea how upset I or anyone else is.
They made the rest of us suffer for something that should have been tracked and removed.
I appoligize for the Moron remark and to you aswell Cerest, I know its not your Fault.

No crap we're getting a free month. Why not get another for putting up with the lag and constant fixes.

I wasn't whining. I made a suggestion. Take it or leave it. I did not think suggesting that would elicit a "quit the game if you don't like it" response.

As of now, I would not pay for this game. If you would, that's great. But reading all these posts, I think a lot of people will leave also. I am sure not everyone, but with 2 big highly anticipated titles coming out in the next month or so, the customer base will shrink considerably with the problems the game is having right now. I do NOT want to see that happen. I want to stick with this game, but if the base shrinks to the point where no one is on, the game will die.

I figured that by giving the people who are suffering through this an *extra* free month, you increase customer loyalty and a lot of the "whiners" will feel that Nevrax cares about them, and will be a lot more understanding with the problems the game is having right now.

Again, this is just opinion. No need to tell me to quit the game if I don't like it.
