error code 7?

hi there. i log in, i get the license agreement, click I Agree, then the game pauses and says error code 7. What is error code 7? its not on the error code sticky? whats going on here? could it have anything to do with the error i get everytime i start the game (the driver has failed to allocate AGP memory. THis may result in performance and display issues) of coure if i click that i don't want to know more about it, then it lets me into the game anyway so ive never done anything about it. i started playing on monday, and haven't had anyproblems untill today. eirlier today i loged on and had "please wait" for several minuets so i loged off and back on again and had no problems. my basic question is: what is error code 7 and how can i stop it?

well, i guess u can just ignore this post b/c i tryed it again and it worked, so it must have just worked itself out? i don't know but im back on anyways

Error code 7
Description: Cannot connect to the selected shard
Explanation: The player has lost internet connection between the login/pw screen and the shard selection screen
telia.net, one of the major backbone providers for internet connection between Europe and North America, seems to be having some issues. Hence a lot of you are having login and ingame network problems. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do directly other than make them aware of the situation and hope that they can remedy things soon.

Hmm, Guess that explains the every 20 seconds "Please Wait" crud I experienced today. Finally logged, it was definitely unplayable today

thank you for such a quick reply Zerlin! having come from wow, i can say that the technical suport is much better here that it was from blizzard.

just curious, 24hrs later, is there any idea when this problem might be fixed. i could hardly even log off becaus of the lag. it was very frusterating. thanks
