Excellent essay 
Personaly, I would have registered prior to posting, to get credit for all that letterage though
One gripe you didn't mention, but which bugs the beejeeazus out of me is the "Pyr Guards" they kill stuff that you have nearly beaten and basically steal your XP, that is one of the sukiest stoopid things I have ever come across in a game. But your points are accurate and very well made.
