Ok. this is directed at (mainly) the slightly more longer serving Ryzom players..

When u started what did u set out to do? How is what u wanted to do say when u had only been playing a month now different to how u play the game now? are you still the tree-huggin loony who still cant fight their way out of a city, but most exelent heavy armor crafter? or have u changed your idea's and now u kill everything in site?

*thinks back* When I first started, I was a cunfuzed little Matis girl, running around the deserts of Galemus, aah those were days *smiles to herself* When I evenyually found out that you could kill those Gingos and run out of the town I became quite an explorer, and that was what I did for the first few months...

Then I eventually grew into a weapon crafter. Because that seemed like a nice thing, there were too few good weapons around and I liked makeing my own weapons, especially those big Long swords *grins at the thought at her as a little Trykerette with a big Matis Long sword*

And now I guess I've become quite the digger, for I can no longer buy all the mats for my crafting, so I guess Im a digger and part time Careplaner now, my levels will proppably never reach 150 though, 110 is the highest I ever got, and that was my heal ^_^ I do enjoy everything about Atys, and if someone asks me to a hunt, I'm quick to follow, When I have that brilliant longsword I sure gotta use it ^^

I continue to achieve all three every day for over two years now, I love ryzom

when i started i was going to be a powerful Zorain mage. *sighs* haven't got there yet

it all started when i wandered into the trench of trials (spent about 4 hours trying to get into underspring but the 4 guardian kincher were a bit much to sneak by), after much dying and at about 03:30 on a wednesday morning i dug 3 q27 supreme patee. the rest is history.

fell totally in love with the pr, still am to this day. watched everyone i knew rapidly outlevel me in everything as i fought dp and tried to dodge vorax. it's the best bit of the game, and so many people run through a few times on treks and ignore it o.o

The first 6 months were really intense to play, everything was new.. i remember seeing my first tryker player - they had made it to Zora a few weeks after launch, and the shouts in region when someone else got to q50 amps.. hehe *wipes away nostalgic tear*

everything that made me go wow then is still here, the biggest part is the community spirit.. despite recent troubles deep down everyone is still fluffy and friendly and make this game what it is - brilliant.

Wish I could find the time to explore the Roots more these days. I only spare myself the time to port in to sleigh the powerful creatures down there, before leaving as quickly as I came.

I can't honestly say what I wanted to do in particular when I first arrived on Ays. I suppose I was always looking to be stronger and to become well known in Fyros. Mostly I have taken everything as it comes, I still push forwards as hard and fast as I always have done. I do sometimes stop and look forward to the day I will stop training to Master my skills, and to appreciate the smaller things more then perhaps I do now.

Sometimes I wonder about all the Homins I would have become close allies with had the Factions not seperated us. Denying us the chance to work together and form close bonds. Perhaps one day the war will end, but not yet

I was going to be a Zoraï.

But the female Zoraï named Katriell ended up deleted some time after Jelathnia became my main. XD

Thats what i like to do The PvP can be fun but in the end i just enjoy hte companionship and adventuring arounf atyss. That and I'm a PR junkie...

When I started, my goal was to become a master crafter. Not just acheive the "master" titles, but truly become a Master, with my own massive "super-secret" recipe book, and clientele clamoring for my wares.


Still want to acheive that, but I find myself working all four trees about equally, and enjoying the (limited) social life of a desert wandering Homin.

250 Forest forager
250 Prime Roots Forager

i think targets reached

Self sufficient (funny in an MMO), so to be able to fight, cast, dig and craft all that i use and want... and look good, still working on it.
