would love to get into the game and greet u all but has now nearly given up since I can't get in when i try to log in it says error code 1 whatever that means? having hard time figuring out where to get some help about this, there should be a chat but can't seem to open it, help would be appreciated b4 I begin another easier helping game

This thread on Error messages shows Code1 to be a "no connection to server" error - try checking the Networking FAQ for some things to try

If that doesn't work, try heading on over to Klients for some "live chat support"

yeps Klients is a good place to go, the download is tiny and u'll be able to chat to the support staff and other players there.. quickest way to sort things out

thx figured it out apparently it was my norton which caused the prop only had to update it and now it's running
