Been staring at this message for about five minutes now while looting something I killed. I guess the game crashed on me again?

That usually means there's a connection issue. I haven't been logged in for a couple hours, so I don't know if it's on Nevrax's end. But it might be on your end - do you have a Linksys router?

Sounds like you need to open the game port in your firewall and/or router

I'm having this problem as well and it gets annoying the point I almost want to stop playing, I'm still on the free trial, I have no firewalls, a router with no firewall, and running a 1.5mb ADSL line.

have u looked in the tech support forum, there have been many people who've had this problem with a variety of different solutions.. The last one i read was down to a wireless router thinking the connection was idle.
unhelpful as it sounds there is something wrong your end, its just a case of finding out what i'm afraid
make a post in that forum, with your system specs and so on, or use klients if you'd prefer to chat to someone. good luck

Fine. What have you tried? Give us a little help so we can try to help you. Just making snarky little comments is of no use to anyone. We have no idea what your network set up is. So without giving us something to work with we cannot help you.
You can also come into the live support to talk to someone directly. The link is in the 'Support Tools' on the left.

I'm using a NETGEAR router, tried the port forwarding and port triggering, neither worked. I tried using the packet program and didn't have any packet loss. Please help
