If I were to create a second paid account, would it be possible to transfer a character to it from my first account? If so, would anything be lost (i.e. levels, items, etc)?

This can be done yes, as long as both accounts are subscribed, but it is a case by case judgement and not automatic. The character would be moved complete with levels and items etc. Please mail support-ee@ryzom.com with your request and your reason for wanting the character moved.

Right, for all those people reading this, i've had it done and back then it was far from perfect still, had some minor inconveniences, but that's account related eh.

You'll want to make sure that the character being moved has nothing, i repeat, NOTHING on the market, u can't get it back.
If that character is in anyone's friends list they'll have to add again after it's moved (the friends list basically points to account xxxx slot y, if u know what i mean)
And finally, the friends list of the character moved, not sure how come this happens, but it does, has to be completely re-entered. It will show people online/offline when you log on, but won't update unless you removed and added those people again.

yeah my friends list is still jacked if im on ya friends send me a tell if you see me on so I can fix my list slowly o.o ...
