Hello, I have been disconnected 2 nights in a row (my first 2 nights of playing). I am still on the newbie island. It has been around the same time each night (between 9:00 -10:00 pm EST).

The server has not been restarted since the weekend. And we have not had any network issues. Sounds like something is up with your ISP. You may want to check in with them.

I have a similar problem at around 1415 each day. Finally traced it to my ISP doing a router reset every day.You might also check to see if your Virus Scanner is doing something at that time, such as a system scan or a download, or if Windows Update is trying to download updates at that time every day.

I kind of suspected it was something on my end. Thanks!!
