Hello everyone of the forums!

I am trying out this games with high hopes that it might fill the gaming void. I like many others on here came from and have played just about every MMO under the sun and always have been left with the feeling that somewhere there was something better.

I really havent had much time in game yet but from what i see so far I do like it quite a bit.

Have you selected a race and started a character yet? What's your i-game name?

Couple of tips, don't judge the game by the starter isle, use that area to get familiar with the controls and the basic skills, then 'port on over to the mainland, there's lots more to do and see there, more players also...

Don't be afraid to use /region chat to holler for help (like a Rez, or just for info), lotsa helpfull Homins around here.

If you haven't started your character yet, don't bother picking a combat starter pack, just get one each of the other three (magic, harvest, and craft). Melee comes "naturally", don't need the start pack for that.
