well the topic says it all, what point should i leave the learning island? i thought i read somewhere that when all skills are above 20? is that a good point?

leave the island when you are comfortable with the game interface

ok, thanks for the reply. one more question, the action bar is numbered 1-0 on the top row and the bottom row is numbered also, what is the short cut for the bottom row? the top row i just push what ever number i need, but i can't figure out the shortcut for the bottom one.

And ctrl + 1-0 goes to a specific bar out of your 10 available (so that you don't have to use the scroll.

General consensus used to be to get one or two of your skills to level 20, particularly the skills you plan to use most. These days, however, the best advice has already been said - soon as you feel comfortable with the controls. You will be able to get plenty of help once you hit the mainland.
