I just got the game and having a really odd problem its always in window mode when first load up where it lets me change the resoulotion it doesn't seem to affect it at all. When it goes to the I guess select which slot you want to play its really messed up like I can barely see much of my screen there I have tried messing around with the resoulotion but nothing so far seems to help any Help would be great I just got the 7 day trial and want to try it out hehe

Post on the technical forums *points down* The GM's are pretty snappy in helping you out. Plus there are a few geeks around that could help.

In addition to Noin's advice, if you really want nearly-instant tech help, you can download and install "Klients" (very small chat client). It's real-time chat and there is almost always someone in there that can help ya. There should be a link for it on the Tech Support forum.

Theres an option in your graphics settings (u) for fullscreen mode on or off. Its a check box.

I believe he means the launch and charecter select screen, wich would indicated that his desktop resolution is far to small, bump it up a bit

Login and character selection don't use the settings that are used ingame (the ones which you set in the login screen or config tool). You need at least a resolution higher than 1024*768 to see the complete character selection. (I think 1024*768 would be just enough to see all the buttons you need to see, part of the window will be outside screen).

Follow this advice and ensure your desktop is set to at LEAST the above listed size and at least that window issue will not be a problem.
