For Sale: One slightly used Outpost

Hello homins,
The Atysian Trading Standards has taken control of the Woodburn Stronghold in Flaming Forest. Due to the problems that The Samsara had with selling the outpost on their own, they have come to us.
Since the ATS cannot declare war on any outpost, I have solicited the help of the Kings of Oblivion, who have been paid, to declare and hold the outpost in limbo until this sale is finalised.
Terms of sale:
- All offers will be considered
- No offer is too small.
- Best offer will be accepted and the bidding party will be contacted by the guild leader of The Samsara, Kostika.
- This auction will end in 24 hours. Any bid made after the 24 hour mark will not be considered.
- After the bids have ended the guild leader, Kostika, will contact the winning party.
Let the bidding commence.
The Inspector
Atysian Trading Standards

I personally bid 50 Million dapper and 10 stacks a day of Crystal production to Zysha's or OotD's homin distribution programme.
Edited: To change # of stacks of Crystals.
Edit 2: I will hold this OP in my Alt Guild's name with no association to anything else.

How is "best" determined in the case of mixed "currencies?" For example, if someone bids mats and someone bids dappers and someone else bids in barrels of stinga rum, is there a method for converting these into some common number or will the definition of "best" simply be a subjective choice made by you and/or your guild?
(I'm not being snarky; but I can see how it might be read that way. IMO, nothing wrong with either answer; it's just easier if people know ahead of time how "best" is being determined)

Best as determined by the guild. So anything goes. Be creative

We will bid 400 million dappers and if we win the bid we will sell Woodburn Magic Pole directly to the second highest bidders (as determined by Samsara) under the price tag of their offer for Woodburn Stronghold, with all benefit of the sale, if applicable and agreed by all parties, going directly to the Samsara. (Trying to be creative)

"Ummm... what's this? An outpost for sale. You know, I always wondered what went on in those Samsara Boot-camps. I'd better find out and see what that drill-master is really made of"
The Offer: I dare to apply !
"Of course, the Samsara will have to fail me, if they want shot of the thing" *chuckle*
"As for starting my own guild should my bid win, well I'm sure I won't need it for long, attacks seem to be like mektoubs - there'll be another one along in a minute"

This op was purchased by Samsara at cost of 16,000,000 dappers for the buildings and land and 8,000,000 for the drill and I therefore bid 12,000,000 dapper, a candy cane, and smiles on the faces of many homins
.
Many homins have tread the floors of this op, and my structural engineer informs me underpinning work will be required. The current owners have performed little if any maintenance at all due to the demands the op has placed on their time. Roofing, plumbing, and other repairs will be required in order to meet local government safety standards and obtain a fit for homin habititation certificate. The drill is so worn it can be expected to crumble to dust and disappear completely any day now and the new owners will need to purchase a new one. Following on from the events of the weekend, Feng Shui consultants will need to be engaged to harmonize the Qi flow both within the op itself and the environment generally. Costs of restoring the op to as new condition will be in the vicinity of 7 million dappers. To the value of the land and building in their current state (16,000,000 - 7,000,000) has been added 3,000,000 given inflation in the Atysian economy and the location of this prime piece of real estate.
Much rebuilding work is required, and I propose to engage a series of short term contractors who will move into the op for 1 week at a time in turn. Job selection criteria will be: not having had opportunity to own an op and willingness to share 1 days output with others.
I think the Nevrax Santa was mean spirited in not giving op toys to all the boys and girls of Atys, as we are all good and deserved to get to play too, and hence the bid of a candy cane should Samsara play Santa to those who have yet to experience op ownership.
